See how one dinner covers tomorrow’s lunch

An example from Week 1 of the enhanced bundle:

Monday dinner: Sheet-Pan Chicken, Potatoes & Green Beans. Make the scheduled eight-portion batch: four portions for dinner and four reserved for Tuesday lunch.

Tuesday lunch: Use those reserved portions, following the guide’s cooling, storage, and reheating instructions.

On your shopping list: The planned larger batch is already counted. Follow the recipe’s doubling instructions; do not double the weekly shopping list again.

The recipe cards start at four portions. The calendar tells you which dinners to double and where the reserved lunches fit.

Already have our free meal plan?

Our free four-week meal plan already includes menus and grocery lists. If that is all you need, keep using it.

The paid bundle is for readers who want a coordinated planning toolkit: measured recipe cards, explicit batch sizes, matching whole-day shopping quantities, a quick-start reference, and reusable worksheets in separate print-friendly files. There is overlap in the purpose; the paid value is the extra structure and convenience.

Before you buy

How many people does it serve?

The default is four portions per meal, not a personalized calorie target. Selected dinners make eight portions: four for dinner and four for the next lunch. For a different household size, scale both recipes and shopping quantities; appetites and needs vary.

What format will I receive?

One ZIP containing ten PDFs and a README. Download and unzip it to open the files. The PDFs can be saved and printed; the blank worksheets are designed for writing by hand, not interactive fillable forms. No physical product is shipped.

How do I get the download?

Use the checkout form on this page. After successful Stripe payment, return to the site’s download page. For help with a purchase or download, contact us; never send card details.

Is it dairy-free, vegetarian, or suitable for other allergies?

Not by default. The plan includes animal products and common allergens such as dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, fish, and shellfish. Substitution notes are included, but each change needs its own ingredient checks and shopping-list adjustment. Check every label and your own dietary requirements.

Does gluten-free mean guaranteed safe for me?

No. Ingredient choices, product formulations, and preparation conditions matter. The bundle includes label and cross-contact guidance, but it cannot guarantee a particular product, kitchen, or meal is safe for you. It is not medical advice or an individualized nutrition plan.
